Q1. WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I typically work with smaller businesses and organizations, or entrepreneurs, who need professional work but don't yet have the budget for a full-service agency. 165 percent is a great match for interior designers, restuarants, florists, boutiques, healthcare organizations, business service providers, real estate professionals, artists, photographers and more. Don't hesitate to reach out to see if we're a match.
Q2. HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Because every business is different, I like to schedule a 30-minute consultation to hear about your business and website needs. I’ll then put together a custom proposal so that you’ll know the exact process and investment up front. With a signed contract and 50% deposit, I’ll schedule your project into our work flow.
Q3. ARE YOUR WEBSITES CUSTOM OR DO YOU USE TEMPLATES?
Yes and yes. I develop all websites leveraging the Squarespace platform. Squarespace offers beautiful design templates that act as our base. Security is covered and ongoing, hosting is included, incredible customer service is provided for both us as developers and you as the website owner, and fully responsive websites are the norm.
While I use templates as a starting point, they do not determine how I ultimately design the website. Rather, your business and website needs determine how I structure and design your website, using custom code when needed.
I'm proud to be part of Squarespace Circle, a Squarespace group for developers, through which I'm able to get optimized care with Squarespace and pass on a 20% discount directly to my clients.
Q4. DO YOU OFFER WEBSITE CONSULTATIONS IF I DON'T NEED A NEW WEBSITE?
Yes, absolutely. If you have website questions but don't need a new or refreshed website, you might be interested in scheduling a Clarity Hour.
Q5. HOW LONG DOES A WEBSITE PROJECT TAKE?
Website projects can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3+ months. The variation depends primarily on what assets you already have available, such as photography, and how many decisions makers you have on your team.
